The story
The workhorse and also my dream touring machine, currently in the process of being built to explore Australia.
After enough years chasing tenths, I wanted a build with no clock attached. The 79 is exactly that: slow, indestructible, and happiest a long way from anywhere.
It is a work in progress, set up to point at the far side of the country and go. Reliability beats horsepower here, every single time. Australia is enormous, and most of it is not sealed.
